How is your furniture supplied?

All of our furniture is supplied rigid and complete on an 18mm double glue and dowel mfc cabinet for superior strength. The only exception is our Single Sided Storage Bed, which is supplied flatpack and can be quickly assembled using screw fixings and a hook system.

What are your doors made of? 

Our Amberley range is manufactured from 18mm thick Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) and our Caversham range is a 22mm thick foil wrapped MDF front on an 18mm thick MFC cabinet.

When will my furniture arrive? 

Our typical manufacturing lead time for our bedroom furniture is 3 weeks for Amberley and 6 weeks for Caversham.

How will my furniture be delivered? 

Your bedroom furniture will arrive packaged and be delivered in our own vehicles by our own driver.  We will deliver as close to your property as possible but it is your responsibility to offload the furniture and to load it into your building and rooms.

Do you charge for delivery?

We charge £50 for kerbside delivery for orders of less than £250 and FREE delivery for orders greater than £250. 

When will I receive a notification that my furniture has been despatched? 

We will send you a notification by email of the week commencing date your furniture is due to arrive and a further notification once it is in transit.

Is this furniture all you offer? 

No, we do offer a more comprehensive range of bedroom furniture but Amberley and Caversham are the only bedroom ranges that you can order online.  

What is the guarantee on your furniture? 

What happens if the furniture arrives damaged? 

If your furniture arrives damaged then photos of the damaged area/s need to be taken within 24 hours of arrival and emailed to contract contractcustomerservices@jtellis.co.uk.  Once the damage has been assessed and if it is assessed as being the fault of JT Ellis rather than being damaged onsite then a replacement and pick up of the damaged furniture will be arranged.
